You apply on a website (snagajob) & I personally called a week afterwards & had a quick over the phone interview. Afterwards I was given an interview date & went in and did it. After corporate employees interviewed me, I "passed" and was interviewed by the owner and then offered a job on the spot.

Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews: one behavioral round from a manager and another more technical one from the store manager. Both were pretty short / around 15 minutes max.
They asked me questions about myself and my qualities. They also asked me questions about how I was in high school since it was my first job. They asked me about my interests.

Interview
It was a group interview process conducted by 1 Chick-Fil-A associate with 7 other applicants. The location of the interview was in the main dining area. The interview lasted about 40 minutes.

It was a group interview about what items we would prioritize if we were in a plane crash and in the desert. We did the assessments ourselves and then reviewed as a group.
