Had to have been one of the most unprofessional phone interviews I have had in years. First off, a recruiter reached out to me about the position and asked more questions than the interviewer. Based off of what the recruiter stated, I currently have the same duties and experience needed for position. I get on the call with the interviewer and she is bone dry, asked me what I currently do and after I went through a summary of my experience, asked me if I had any questions for her. It's fine to not be interested but I carved time out of my day for this. I had to actually ask her what the position entails. I have over 8 years of experience and she didn't ask a single question. Also ticks me off because I didn't even apply for this role. Definitely left a real bad impression of Chewy. Recruiter then followed up with canned rejection response. Definitely would suggest that management fine tune their interviewing skills, even for a phone interview.
