Took 6 weeks from the initial phone screening call to offer. Was a bit slow, but the recruiter was great and always kept me in the loop at least once-twice a week even if no interview was set up for that week.
They are hiring more for this role, prior contact experience will help a lot so it's not too new and being able to understand data, kpi's and patterns of a contact center. 3 rounds, one-on-one with the manager, technical assessment, and panel interview with 3 people. For me it was not hard but I was very prepared if you do not go in prepared you will not do well.
