Extremely unprofessional. I had a very enthusiastic screen interview with the recruiter. The next day she emailed and asked if I could chat with the hiring manager that or the following day. I gave my availability, and I heard no follow up or confirmation. I politely followed up 2-3 times, finally asking a week later if this was still a "warm lead" for me. Still no answer. Two weeks later and completely ghosted.
