The recruiter calls and talks with you for about 15 minutes. Next there are 4, 45 minute interviews (most in the same day). 1 with the GM, 1 with the Senior Ops Manager, 1 with an Ops Manger, and 1 with HR. If not selected, you will receive an email stating you are not selected to move forward.

Phone screen with recruiter followed by Zoom Panel interview with 2 managers and an HR representative. Very conversational. Know chewy's core principles and which ones you identify with the most
