I applied for a Recruiter role in Dallas and was asked to come into the office for a face-to-face interview during COVID. The interviewer was about 20 minutes late to the interview and it lasted around an hour. As I was leaving, the interviewer mentioned that she was going to be back in touch, I was moving onto the next steps and that she needed to get schedules coordinated. I didn't hear back for two weeks and after sending a follow-up e-mail, I got an automated rejection e-mail. At the bare minimum, I expected a personal e-mail to my follow-up and at best, a call explaining the situation. To go into the office for a face-to-face interview during a pandemic, be told that I was moving onto the next step, only to receive an automated rejection e-mail showed a complete lack of respect for my time and was insulting to say the least. Personally, after this experience, I would not advise anyone that I know to interview here.
