The interview was conducted by the regional manager, who treated every candidate very seriously and professionally. We shared a strong connection over the responsibilities of the position and discussed many aspects of property management in depth. I felt I could learn a lot from her experience and leadership style. The decision-making process took quite a long time, about two months after the interview.
