Every communication I had with Chester felt extremely unprofessional. It took weeks of email tag to actually get the interview set up. I was told that I would receive feedback within a week of the interview, but that didn't happen. Only after 3 weeks and 3 follow up emails was I informed that they had passed on me. The only positive part of my experience with Chester was the interview itself, which was actually quite pleasant.
