Pretty easy for me. I checked out everything before I even applied so I wouldn't waste my time, or theirs. Had a great chat with the HR person, made sure I was comfortable with what I was going to be doing, reminded me of the overview of what I would be doing. Then we scheduled an interview.
Came in, met with the receptionist, and sat to wait for my name to be called. Had a really great in-depth conversation with the hiring manager for my first round interview, and lasted about 30 minutes, though they reiterated what I was going to do and the path that was set before me, then he got to know me more as a person and my experience. I really appreciated it.
The second time I came back, it was for more in-depth detailed here about the position and what specifically I would be doing. Went to over the different compensation packages and day to day.
They really cleared everything up, and I left knowing what I would be getting into. Its nice to see people who have succeeded and have the ability to be working with them!
