I sat down with the president and the head of my department. They looked over my resume and asked general questions about past work experiences. Within 15 minutes, I was offered the job.

First step is a phone interview with the corporate HR department. Discussed my previous experiences in work and college. Asked about my hobbies, family, and any other involvement I had in the community. Scheduled a face to face interview with the HR department and then a face to face with the head of HR at Cherokee. Each of the three steps took about an hour.
