The company has a very interesting approach of using a large number of agencies as well as making direct contact with candidates whose CV's they find on jobs boards. The first interviews are scheduled back to back 20 minutes apart and it looked like the HR guy had been flat out doing this for at least the last few days. The interview lasted 20 minutes and the HR person was quite willing to give a few useful general tips along the way.
