I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ChenMed
Interview
Couple of recruiter calls, basic informal technical interview with the hiring manager, HackerRank with basic react questions and a Java Spring boot exercise focused on adding annotations to make it run. Then two more interviews with engineers focused on javascript and engineering experience in general.

Interview
I would like to share my experience with the interview process at ChenMed. I participated in three rounds of interviews and completed a take-home project that took me a week to complete. However, despite sending multiple follow-up emails to HR, I did not receive any response or feedback on my application status. While I understand that the hiring process can take time, I believe that communication and transparency are important factors for both the company and the candidates. As a candidate, it can be frustrating to invest time and effort into an application without any updates or feedback on the progress. I hope that this feedback can be helpful to future candidates who are considering applying for a position at ChenMed.

Thank you for taking the time to explore an opportunity with ChenMed. We recognize the time and commitment it takes to interview, and our job candidates deserve both direct and transparent communication during and after the interview process. As we continue to adapt, monitor, and better our candidate experience, we must admit that we fell short of our own expectations and we will take this opportunity to share your candid feedback with our teams.
