Chen & Fan interview questions

The two interviewers who interviewed me were very unprofessional. They asked you to come into the office without any initial screening. No handshakes or eye contact when meeting. Female interviewer(Nicky) primarily did the talk while male interviewer(Hanks) more quiet. They have a very big office with very few employees in it, no sign of life or work passion.
