Pleasant from start to finish. Easy and friendly conversational interview style (1st on phone, 2nd on Teams, 3rd in-person). Explained the position, role and responsibilities, strategy, structure, etc and answered all of my questions and concerns. Fingers crossed I've made the right choice!

There was a telephone interview followed by a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams and the UK being in lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic which meant an in person interview could not take place.
