When I showed up they were not ready (as they were waiting for 2 more people to arrive, who were late), so I was waiting about 20 minutes before the process began. (I didn't know that it was more of a group interview/orientation.)
Once the other candidates showed up, we were all asked for the paperwork/certs we were supposed to bring. They were photocopied while we were put in a different room to watch training videos, and at the same time asked to full out more paperwork/info. We were in that room for about 2.5 hours filling out paperwork and watching videos before someone came in and collected paperwork and set up a couple hands-on training items. He seemed to be in a rush, going through things quickly. That part lasted about 30 minutes. Afterwards we were set up on computers to look at how the electronic charting and documenting works. This was gone through quickly as well. When everything was done each of us met with a different woman in the office to sign our "offer letter".
