Chelmsford City Council interview questions

The interview started with a task, which was straightforward and relevant to the role. Then followed with a face to face interview with line manager and department manager, who were welcoming and easy to talk to. Asked standard questions to begin with, which lead to more specific questions relating to my experience. Outline the organisation and the role’s position within it.
