Interview

My interview process was fairly straightforward and standard. (Networking call with hiring manager x2) --> Recruiter screen --> Hiring Manager screen --> Interview with team member x2 --> Case study/presentation --> Final conversation with organization leader.

Question 1

The team probed on intellectual curiosity and industry experience, and several of our conversations were led by my questions, vs the interviewer. This allowed for more fluid conversation and gave everyone a sense of core competencies as well as conversational style.

Todo online. Consta de los siguientes pasos: Entrevista con HR, Hiring Manager, Caso, Entrevista de Equipo. Fue muy bien, la persona de HR hizo mucho seguimiento. Recomendaria entrevistar con esta empresa. Vale la pena hacer research de la industria, las tendencias etc.

Interview

The interview process ran very smoothly, with enough time to prepare each new steps and always with feedback from the Human resource manager. One thing that I really appreciated it was the fact that I could have enough time to prepare for the next interview. Overall it was very well structured and organised giving me as a candidate the best experience.

At the first stage questions were related with my experience and my profile . Then I had a case study to prepare at home where I had to present to a Manager. Some of the questions were related to how I tiering my partners, what is the most important value in a Partnership and Why I want to join Checkout.com
