I had a first 30 minutes catch up with the Talent Acquisition Manager in charge of the position then 4 interviews of 30 minutes each with the SVP in charge of the financial partnerships team, the Head of Operations, a product VP and the VP hiring for the position.

Most of the questions were about why I was applying for the position and my previous experiences related to the job. No trap just honest talks.

Very clear steps given. Quite rigorous (5-6 rounds), but understandably so given that the company is very lean. All the interviewers were polite, humble and very sharp. I could have a frank conversation of what I could bring to the table and what would be expected of me.
