Went through 3 interviews, spending time preparing and taking time off my current job. They didn't even have the courtesy to send me an email telling me I wasn't offered the role. I sent follow up emails requesting any details or feedback, which were ignored.
During one of the interviews, the interviewer loudly opened a fizzy drink can while I was speaking, which put me off mid-sentence. All 3 interviewers seemed quite disinterested. Really expected more from a company that tells tall tales about how much they "value people".
