I viewed the Pendergast District website to learn of the opportunity. I then called the Director in charge and after a brief phone interview, was guided to the Chartwells' website.
After being recommended to the District Manager, I was invited to participate in a second phone interview. Less than a week later, I met with a panel to demonstrate/solidify my previously-discussed qualifications.
I also presented a 3-Phase "Re-Lunching" Presentation; with the goal of:
1) repairing the damaged relationship between the client and the corporation
2) providing restaurant quality food and personal service
3) recruiting additional revenue streams to benefit both the client's and Charwells bottom line.
