it was easy they ask you questions about your background and passions, and you leverage your experience using social networks. they are very laid back and professional. It was less than 20 minutes long and then they give you plenty of time to ask questions for yourself.

The interview process was unnecessarily lengthy. It was an attempt by a group of young men to demonstrate their intelligence over yours, prove their relevance, and understand if you can be submissive.

What value you can add, have you heard about the charter cities etc?
It was relatovely straight forward, I would recomend having additional reading into academics who work in this area as preperation for the interview. The duration was around 15 minutes, however teh team was approachable.
