I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Jan 2024
Interview
A recruiter reached out and interviewed me for 30 minutes. He was great and presented the business very well. The second interview.. was told would be a 15 minute presentation that I had to do on Charlie Health, then there would be a 30 interview. The interviewer was the director who would essentially be your boss. She was in her car and seemed distracted and impatient. When I completed the presentation, which I knew wasn’t good cause I was distracted by them, she asked “do you have any questions for me”? I thought she meant about the presentation. But she meant about the position. I asked her 2 questions. Then I could tell she wasn’t going to interview me. This was when I realized all the other reviews about terrible interviews was 100% correct. I knew right away if these bad reviews were correct, then the bad company reviews on their program was likely correct too. Very disappointing. I reached out to the recruiter and told him my experience and I was no longer interested. Even if the director didn’t like me she should have still asked interview questions and been professional.

Interview
Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

Interview
The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Interview
Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
