Interview
I was very open in my intereview process and shared why I was passionate about Charlie Health. Struggling with my own mental health crisis as an pre-teen, I really connected with what they were doing. Aparently If you have a mental health disorder they don't want to hire you. I was over qualified for the role, so I know that what it was. Not to mention the interviewer was just shy and judgy from the get go.

Tell me about a time when you worked with another department on a project and how it worked? How do you measure success at your current job?
Honestly seemed like a waste of time. The recruiter had me on zoom for maybe 10 minutes and didn’t ask me any questions besides asking me to tell her about myself and what software management I’ve used. She seemed extremely disinterested from the get go and like she’d already had her mind made up about me.
