Note that it will take 3 months. They will continue to ask you to meet with another supervisor and lastly the CEO before offering or declining an offer. Ask up front what the salary is because they will not be upfront and change it throughout the process.

CEO: Basic Interview Clinical interview: presentation on how to mitigate ethical issues with supervisees and clients.
I applied and received an interview invitation within a few days. The initial interview with talent acquisition went very well and appeared promising, but nothing followed. I received an email saying they went with other candidates.

There was no "one thing." It was an average initial interview. I was looking forward to a more in-depth interview to demonstrate my knowledge and skills, but there was no following interview with the clinical team.
