Charles Schwab uses the STAR method for interview questions which you can find on their website. As long as you come prepared, it isn't too difficult to navigate the interview. You just better hope that your resume stacks up against everyone else's because the industry is very competitive.

If selected, there is an initial phone call where the interviewer goes over the role, and asks a few behavioral questions. They also went over the salary. The second interview was done by two members of the team you would be working with. This was more of the same behavioral questions as in the initial phone call.
