Interview
Two phone calls and in person interview. Pretty straight forward questions about your skill set and what you would bring to the company. They bring you into the office and you meet with some managers and current employees in your position who tell you about the day to day of this job.

Interview
Wonderful in-house recruiter contacted me after posting my resume online. He quickly organized a phone and then face to face interview. This was accomplished in just a couple of weeks. One has to meet their licensing requirement within a certain hire date. This is mandatory. Of course they asked my ability to learn their processes such as their forms, apps, and online systems. They are known for their automation. If I completed their licensing requirement there was room for greater pay and advancement. I also would have to pass a background check prior to being hired.

Can I work under pressure? Can I support client needs as well as the sales team I report to? Am I quick with systems and filing or retrieving of information? Overall this is a good entry level job in order to build a career within this company.
