From the date of applying, I was contacted around 20 days later via email to schedule a phone interview date and time.
The interview was short, 17 minutes, she seemed to be in a hurry and tired (It was early morning, so I understand). She explained the pay and how the job is contingent on passing the licenses, 63 and 7. Then I was asked a few behavioral questions. One of which she forgot and repeated the same question twice.
Overall, a short interview and one that I felt the recruiter lacked the drive to find a good candidate for the position. I was expecting more questions regarding my experience. Anyways, the next day I received an automated email that I was not offered to continue in the process.
I honestly felt I was an amazing candidate and would have loved to take on the role. I guess I'll continue searching. Thank you for the opportunity Charles Schwab.
