I saw a opening in LinkedIn and applied through their job portal. I applied for .NET Developer III at Westlake, TX
1st Round : Recruiter called me and discussed basic details like location, company info and salary expectation etc.
He setup a technical interview with one of the senior engineers.
2nd Round : This round is close to 1 hour and interviewer dug deep into my OOPS questions, C# questions, Memory management, Garbage Collector, Async/Await, Inheritance, Interfaces, Difference b/w Functional Programming and Object Oriented Programming, Difference b/w C++ and C#, Time Complexities, Authentication & Authorization, Synchronous vs Asynchronous, Dependency Injection..etc
I performed well and recruiter sent a link for a Coding Interview.
3rd Round : It was very easy. Just 1 question asked and there were some pre recorded questions and you need to record your answers.
I got an email from recruiter that I have been invited for Schwab Technical Interview Day. It has 2 rounds one behavioral and technical.
4th Round : Webex behavioral interview with hiring manager. Some general questions and 5-8 STAR based questions.
5th Round : Webex technical round. Interviewer was very friendly. He asked finding a cycle in the linked list and Rotating an Image by 90 degrees (LC medium). He asked couple of technical questions regarding Async/Await and Authentication & Authorization.
After 2 weeks got an email from Recruiter saying "You received positive feedback in every round but the position you are being interviewed is closed and No one is being hired for this position."
After 2 weeks another recruiter contacted me that my interview feedback is shared to Different managers and 3 Managers are interested to Meet and Greet Sessions.
I spoke with 2 different managers, It was basic conversations with STAR questions and technical questions, explaining about project at Charles Schwab.
After 3 days I got an offer(from one of the managers I spoke) and accepted it(Recruiter cancelled Greet and Meet with 3rd Manager).
