Interview
I was lucky to be referred to someone who worked at Charles Schwab. He was not hiring, but he was willing to refer me to someone who was hiring. I spoke to this person who was a director in another department. He was very serious, and asked me a series of pointed questions. I made sure that I had a quick reply ready for each of this inquiries. I left with high hopes, and got a call a few weeks later that I did not get the job.

it was 2 stages interviews, one over the phone Interview it was short phone call around 20 mintues with a recruiter or HR re Recruiter . more of screening interview and anther n‑Person Interviews with 2 managers. it was not hard interviews but bit long.

they ask typical background questions (“tell me about your background”) to understand your experience, skills, and probably motivation.
Fairly easy . One interview with manager and one online questionnaire . And my manger asked me to typed some essay . I don’t think it’s that hard. But you will be able to talk well and know financial basic
