      Senior Business Analyst Interview

      13 Oct 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Denver, CO)

Another team member sort of answered in his place with an answer differing to management discretion. Ultimately I was told it was a cultural incompatibility. My impression was that this particular manager was not comfortable with strong women. I was very disappointed with the results. However, I would not want to work on a team where questioning the evaluation process is to assertive for the manager to handle. I was ultimately
