They conducted a phone screen with me several weeks after I applied that was set up via e-mail and rescheduled once (by them). I was told that I would know my results from that within a week. Two weeks later I received a call from a random out of state number who I had shared no correspondence with. Unbeknownst to me, they had chosen to hand off this portion of the interview process to another person, in another state, who wanted to use a different method of communication. Long story short, I missed out on the opportunity to even have an in person with them because I was unaware that they had even contacted me, therefore the deadline that they gave me expired. I would just ask that in the future, they PLEASE streamline their processes instead of involving multiple different parties. Or at least say, who and maybe more importantly, HOW we will be contacted in the future. Or try using every method of communication you have available to you if one isn't working.
