First off, I was reached out via Indeed.com by a recruiter who spotted my resume and felt my resume would be a good fit for Charles Schwab in which I was a bit uneasy because I had applied before, but I was not selected, but I felt as though I should take a chance so I ended up going onto their website and submitting an application.
Within 24 hours, my application was selected for a phone interview and another recruiter reached out to me to complete the phone interview and it lasted 45 minutes. We spoke not only about the training and what it was going to entail, but we also discussed the Series 63 and Series 7 Licensing process that Charles Schwab offered and after all of this, he recommended me for a second interview as he said I seemed like I was a perfect fit for the role.
A week later, I completed an interview on Friday and the interview process was just like the phone interview, only I was interviewed by two individuals. One was a HR manager who had been at the company for over two years and the other was a Team Leader who was apart of the company for nearly eight years and I felt like the interview went smoothly. They asked me to point out some key points on my resume and why I felt like I was a good fit for Charles Schwab. They then went on to explain what the position entailed and further dove into my resume, asking me a few questions and asking me to perform the STAR Method.
On Monday, just two days ago, I got a return call from another recruiter and was offered the position contingent on my background and credit screening.
It was a fairly simple process and I can't wait to start my new life with this role!
