Asked basic questions about my experience and education. Interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Didn't hear anything back and assumed I'd been passed over, ended up getting a rejection email but honestly so few companies who interview you barely bother to send the email so it was nice to have a definite answer one way or the other. Would probably try again in the future for other positions; scope of work is interesting.
I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Very positive experience. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about the company and had me convinced that it's a wonderful company to work for. I learned a lot about the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories in Dec 2011
Interview
There will be a series of interviews: First a phone interview with Human Resources, then a face-to-face interview with Human Resources, and then an interview with representatives from the department. There are usually 2-4 people in the last group that interviews you. The questions can be tough. Just be honest and say that you do not know if you do not know the answer. The interviews can last up to two months, so it can take some time to hear back.
