Interviewed in four phases: • Initial screening with VP of Talent (Nick) • Loose technical with software director • Take-home assessment • Technical with team lead (on-site) Process was smooth; despite a couple of timing hiccups, the whole set of interviews comprised ~2 weeks total. Very positive team! Everyone I spoke with seemed genuinely invested in the company and in the value of the role I was interviewing for. Interviews were all very conversational and flowed well. The take-home was a fun, well-considered assignment that reflected the business needs for the role accurately. Particular shout-out to Nick Flowers (VP of Talent); he was extremely positive and communicated tightly through the entire interview process. Ace recruiter.
