Met with the CEO/founder, The Chief Architecht, The VP R&D, Head of Operations and HR - each meeting took an hour. We had extensive conversations about the product, the company and the vision, discussed what each believed it would take to make the company a great success, and covered as my background and experience as a PM and technologist. The whole process took about a week.
