Chapin International interview questions

Applied online, after a phone screening with the hiring manager, I was asked to come to the company location for an interview person interview with several management team members. People were nice, but it was hard not to comprehend that the new CEO and management were all new. Three members came from a previous company , so it was a typical example of the “good old boy club” . After several follow ups afterwards , I still did not hear anything about a decision. I found this company to be very unorganized and extremely unprofessional.
