I applied through an external recruiter. Quickly setup a call with the hiring manager and left feeling great.
Setup multiple talks with multiple developers and direct managers. Very conversation/referral driven. A quick process and a breath of fresh air in the crazy interview culture of today's world.

Talk about experiences and general talk about technologies and what is expected. Nothing specific, they just want to know you're a good engineer rather than knowing if you know how to implement a Linked List.
