The recruitment process is decided in 2 parts:
A competency interview and a value based interview.
The first interview is has 8 questions and the VBI usually has 4-6 questions.

Describe a time you had an issue or disagreement with a colleague? How did you deal with it?

Two managers ran the interview. It lasted about 45 minutes. This post is about the first interview, which is about your understanding and competency around addiction and its treatment pathways. I have yet to complete the follow up interview, which is a values based interview.

Interview
The interview process was quick and they made it as stress-free as possible, staff are all lovely and I had a really good experience. The questions were all very relevant and the interviewer was genuinely interested in what I was saying and learning more about how I could fit.
