I interviewed at Champtronix (Watford, East of England, England)
Interview
It was a group interview initially and then there was a one on one interview. After the interview there was a task. The task was not that difficult. You just have to answer a bunch of questions.

Interview
Great good. It was detailed and meticulous three stage interview. Each stage was different and difficult. After every step there was good feedback. It was a good experience overall. It was a wonderful opportunity to test my interview skills
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Champtronix in Nov 2024
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me after receiving my application. I was initially asked a few questions about my visa status and commute. I was then asked to attend a Zoom webinar to learn more about the company. I was waiting for the link, which I hadn't received. I even texted them 5 minutes before the start time on LinkedIn, where we had a previous conversation, to remind them about the link. I only received the link 10 minutes after the webinar started. When I tried to join, the host didn't let me in. At the same time, the recruiter texted me on LinkedIn, suggesting that if I was asked why I joined late, I should say that my link wasn't working. This is very unprofessional. I was eager to attend the meeting and be honest, but they didn't even let me in, and the recruiter stopped responding to my LinkedIn messages. I wasted my time and took a leave day to attend the interview. I'm disappointed, but I'm also glad that I don't want to work with someone who is unprofessional and dishonest. There were no apologies or explanations.
