I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Champions Life Academy (Brighton, England) in May 2015
Interview
After some senior managers visited one of my lectures at university, they handed out some fliers that they will be making a short presentation in a different building and I decided to go check it out. Once I got there, the managers made a presentation of the whole summer programme and showed us a powerpoint with benefits and activities throughout the internship. Provided that not many students were present at the meeting, the senior managers decided to give us the opportunity to have an "on-the-spot" interview. I decided to go for it and was the first one to have an interview. The interview took around two hours and included basic sales questions as well as motivational ones.

Interview
The interviewers were late, had the interview around 8pm. It was fairly straight forward and lasted for about 30mins. The interviewer was calm as well. The structure of interview questions varied from: situational judgement questions to typical sales questions. They also want to know your motivation for the job and how are committed you will be.
