It was average. The first round was group discussion followed by MR and HR. The process was average and you do not need to worry much about it. Basics questions about marketing and in HR round your persuasive capability is checked.

Interview
The Interview Process was done in my Campus. As i remember, there were three rounds.
1. Company Presentation
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Round
4. HR Round
In the GD round most eliminations took place.
Technical Rounds depends on the profile, which you are sitting for.
In my time the HR was very strict, she asked a lot of questions.

Question 1
I dnot remember everything, but i 2 questions , i remember becuase everything was practical ,which was:
1. They told me to Sell A Pencil ( Selling A Pencil To A Business Man Is a very tough work).
2. They told me to convince my 5 friends to not participate in the Interview Process.
They have asked almost 10 questions and the time duration was 10 mins.
