The interview process was a series of calls with various internal teams. You get a feel for each department and immediate access to upper management. Since they are a smaller company they are looking for an experience and personality match.

Interview
Saw the opening on LinkedIn and applied online. The recruiter reached out to me via email asking for a phone screen availability. Then went to meet the Director on-site and discussed my experiences and what I am looking for. I didn't even get a chance to share and discuss my portfolio.
