Huge waste of time! I went through four interviews and two of them were demos requiring extra prep time. The VP seemed interested in hiring employees who would need little direction. I have never heard of a company that does not provide product training, especially with complicated software. At the end, I spent four weeks in this process, and the company decided they wanted "in office" versus remote staff. They never even asked if I would relocate. This was probably one of the most unprofessional interview processes that I have ever experienced. Good luck to anyone that wants a job there!
