Central YMCA interview questions

I applied via LinkedIn and shortly after recieved a message via LinkedIn asking if I could send over some examples of my work before proceeding. I sent over some of my work as requested and after hearing nothing for two weeks I sent an email asking for a follow up. I received a response saying I hadn't been selected for an interview and that competition was very high. If I hadn't sent over my email I would not have heard anything following on from me submitting my work.

There was an interview via Teams and then there was also an interview in person. There was also an interview with the students where they chose who they liked most.
