It was described as a three stage process. First I met with a woman who was initially working the secretary desk but who took me back to a larger office. The second interview was to be with a Home Depot supervisor. The final interview was to be with the owner of the company.
First interview I arrived 10 minutes early and was right on time after some paperwork.
Second interview I arrived 10 minutes early. There were 5 women waiting in the lobby, I assumed for other reasons. I heard loud shouting and cursing through the wall behind my as I waited, they had a talk show on talking about celebrity sex partners - it was very uncomfortable and not at all professional. After 20 minutes of waiting, and no one seeing me, I had enough and walked out.
This company does not have the integrity, professionalism or respect I expect in an employer.
