It was a positive experience with respect to the people but slow (spanned several months). This is pretty typical of the federal government however. Positive experience with communications with HR.

Interview panel via phone/zoom. A panel of 3-4 people will ask a series of 6-8 questions over 30 minutes. Process is very rigid and follows a static format -- was told each candidate/finalist is asked the same questions, in the same order. There was time at the end for the candidate to ask questions.

Fair questions. Panel then individual. Friendly and efficient. 1. What are the main responsibilities and duties of this role? 2. What qualifications or skills are you looking for in a candidate? 3. What is the company culture like? 4. Can you provide more information about the team I'll be working with? 5. What opportunities for growth and advancement are available within the company? 6.
