Started with a phone call late at night from the clearly overworked controller, promising that the job was full-time "and then some." Boy I wish I read into that more... The in-person interview was fine, they clearly forgot I was coming and then juggled half a dozen people to come talk to me so it would seem like a meaningful meeting. After being told I was qualified to do my boss's job I received an offer the very next day.
