I met one-on-one with a managing editor and the interview went on like a conversation. I did feel that the interviewer spent more time explaining the work at CUF (which can be gleaned from a thorough reading of their website) than I got to explain my qualifications. I interviewed early in the process and members of their board were absent, so my experience may be unique.

Applied online through career center at school and got replied very soon. We scheduled a phone interview and it was about 20-30 min in total. Mainly about previous research experiences if you have any.
