Interview
The interview process consisted of one phone interview, followed by an offer over email. The conversation lasted about half an hour and focused mostly on prior research experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Center for an Urban Future (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
I met one-on-one with a managing editor and the interview went on like a conversation. I did feel that the interviewer spent more time explaining the work at CUF (which can be gleaned from a thorough reading of their website) than I got to explain my qualifications. I interviewed early in the process and members of their board were absent, so my experience may be unique.
