This review is only for my initial contact with the recruiter (I have the actual interview in a few days). The recruiter called me on the phone for about 8 minutes, during which she tore apart my resume and was not nice about it. She was just unpleasant and left me feeling awful about.....everything. A few days later I was still requested to do a video interview and I'll update after that occurs, but wow, it was the worst experience I've ever had.

recruiter was great, but disappointed that they ended up going with someone internal. it seems hard to get your foot in the door and actually get hired, I've had five interviews for 4 positions and haven't received an offer yet.

How did you handle difficult relationships in the workplace
Initial interview with a group of leaders, but then handed off to consultant group. Onboarding was extensive almost 5 weeks and had little to do with role. They say they value technology, but not really. CM role is data entry with very little clinical decision support or engagement. Huge emphasis on making numbers. Very little orientation to actual job.
