I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2019
Interview
The first interview was a brief phone interview with HR. The second interview was done remotely over Zoom meeting. The interview had a group panel of 3 and I was supposed to have a secondary interview (back to back) but the second group wasn't there or was too busy. This was an extremely easy interview. I could have aced this straight out of high school. I sent an email to the HR person a week later for an update and got a rejection email minutes later. Not sure how I could have done "better", but I wish Centene the best.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2024
Interview
Lengthy interview process, but the recruiters and team leaders do a great job of setting expectations of what the following interview rounds will look like. Recruiters are also very responsive to questions in between rounds of interviews.
